Murphy was our first Beardie. He was the first Bearded Collie to qualify at the advanced level in any herding trial organization. He was also the first Beardie to complete an AHBA Junior Herding Dog Title. He ran away from home just after his fourth birthday, still needing one leg to finish his HX title. Today, we still miss him very much.

Murphy ran away when he was four years old. I've included his page with our "Rainbow Bridge Memorial Pages" even though I hope he's curled up on someone's couch today.
